URETEK USA's patented process employs high density expanding polymer to lift, realign, underseal, and void fill highways, roads, bridge approach/departure slabs, runways and taxiways. Polymer resin components are injected, using small (5/8") drilled holes directly through the concrete. As the resin mixture expands, voids are filled and a controlled mold pressure is exerted on a limited (8 to 10 foot diameter) area of the effected slab to both stabilize and, where required, lift back to profile. The composite material quickly cures into a strong, stable, and long lasting replacement base material.

URETEK USA's patented Deep Injection (DI) Process employs high density expanding polymers to fill, densify, and stabilize low-density compressible soils to depths of 30 feet and beyond. The process is ideal for highways, roads, bridge approach/departure slabs, taxiways/runways and underground infrastructures with settlement problems caused by poor base and sub-base soil compaction.

URETEK USA's Stitch-In-Time™ technology is a repair system for restoring load transfer to jointed, cracked, spalled or otherwise damaged concrete highways, roads, taxiways and runways. The Stitch-In-Time™ System uses a series of half-inch wide saw-cut slots to position ¼ inch thick composite inserts which are bonded into place with a hybrid high-density polymer. Rapid curing characteristics allow almost immediate restoration of vehicular, truck or aircraft traffic.
